THIRTY THREE

I think I love everything about this pic of yours--the light, the colors, the composition, and the way it reminds me of the time my husband got into a war of words in the local newspaper with the antique car show people...R
Took this at the Gautier Music and Mullet Festival. A few hangers-on from Cruisin' the Coast were there. I stuck my head in the window to take this, made the owner a little nervous, I think.
Back to the nifty-fifty question...do you use the lens with the auto setting, or switch to a creative mode and manually select a point of focus?
Lately, I only use the AV or M mode to force myself to learn WB, ISO, and Aperture. But, I usually keep on automatic focus. For some odd reason, I hadn't thought to do otherwise until now. See what a great, thought provoking, learning tool our little blog is turning out to be?.... -R
